The pattern was really easy, and being my first quilt it was the perfect one. I did modify the pattern a bit, and made my blanket smaller so it would be a throw. This left me with enough squares to make a good size baby blanket that I am going to back with minky latter on. (will post it when it's complete).

Did I mention I love this blanket? I am really proud of myself. I loved backing it with Monaluna's mingle circles in cocoa and Michael Miller's Hedgehog meadow, (which I think gives the back character)
I am loving this blanket so much, I am going to use it until a boy joins our family, but even then I might just steal it from him!
