I have been having so much fun with the ruffle fabric we just got in. I have made some legging's so far and am working on some skirts. Let me tell you how easy it is to make leggings, especially with the 1.5 inch elastic banding. It just takes 20 min and your done.

BOTH were made from this TUTORIAL and were so quick and easy.
Speaking of elastic banding, we have so many great colors and styles to choose from....
all of the above are 1.5 inches and the polka dots are reversible, which make pairing them with ruffle fabric so much fun!
We also just got in 3 inches wide elastic banding. great for the chunky waistband look.
